I'm going home for the month of July and would like to rent out my furnished room. This is a perfect opportunity for a local or a newcomer in transition, a traveler but not a tourist...centralized, quaint apt with 4th floor balcony, control access parking, easy access to bus / train, great neighbors (Spanish and English speaking). You can even practice your Spanish... I have two Puerto Rican, bilingual roommates, a girl and a guy. Rent can come down if you could water my plants and feed my fish!
