Hiring candidates with excellent customer service skills to work in Miami, FL as Bi-Lingual Information Services Assistants
An Information Services Assistant works Full-time in a call center environment speaking with customers who call 411 for national directory information. Information Services Assistants provide area codes, telephone numbers and provide dialing instructions and other necessary assistance to callers.
Candidates must have knowledge of computers and ability to effectively communicate with customers over the telephone.
Pay at $7.50/hr with automatic raise every six months up to 36 months.
Up to an additional $2.00/hr can be earned based on your performance on the job related to quality and quantity of work. This incentive bonus is for eligible employees with at least one month of service.
Bilingual pay – additional $2.00 per session, 2 sessions during 8 hour shift
Full time employees receive free medical insurance.
The center is open 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
Must be flexible to work rotating variable schedules that may include days, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
